If you loved this movie... stop reading this post. I'm sorry. I just need to be honest. I am usually a sucker for chick flicks. I usually love cheesy. But The Vow was a huge disappointment. I knew a lot of people who enjoyed it, they got emotional and cried. I thought i was in for a treat when Andy and I snuggled up on the couch to watch it. My eyes stayed in a permanent confused dazed look throughout the movie. The characters didn't grab me. I didn't feel like they were in love. I thought the scripting was awful. It felt very superficial to me. I am not the kind of girl to be a critic but i feel like this movie... lets say... didn't bring the best out in me. I thought it was pretty awful. Sorry Rachel and Channing. I've liked you in other movies, just not this one.
i hated this movie too! DEF not as good as the trailer led you to believe. my friend told me the couple actually spoke at her church and they never actually separated, hence the name the vow. so the real story i think is more romantic
ReplyDeleteI can't say I hated it but I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. I was also really excited to see it and then I left the movie theater dissaointed. I really liked the main story behind it all though.
