I have been slacking with my new years goal this month! With all the moving and transitioning to Provo it has been so busy i have gotten out of some of my original habits. I am grateful I remembered this morning. I read this scripture last month and was saving it for the month of August. I finally pulled it out and because of pregnant brain i am only going to memorize the first line of scripture. It is something i want to remember in my hardest moments of labor.
D&C 58:4
For after much tribulation cometh the blessings.
I know that is true. I hope to endure this next chapter of our life with JOY. Andy will be a full time student and I a mother of two wonderful kids. Things will be different and challenging but it will also be fulfilling and rewarding.
Gordon B. Hinkley said, "In my ninety-plus years, I have learned a secret. I have learned that when good men and good women face challenges with optimism, things will always work out! Truly, things always work out! Despite how difficult circumstances may look at the moment, those who have faith and move forward with a happy spirit will find that things always work out.”
I am so grateful for the support of Prophets, modern and ancient, who encourage us with faith and hope in all we do. I will try to get back to my regular updates of our wonderful life in Provo.
