I am no photographer. But at our family party, for the 4th, i was lucky enough to get to use Linda's (Reggie's wife) new fancy camera. I had so much fun snapping shots! I was surprised at what a difference the camera made. I don't think i can ever go back to using an ordinary camera. i am now contemplating the idea of getting a new one. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the day...
Here is Brooks son Andrew, an absolute doll! This is his "lego" shirt. That morning he told Brook, "My lego shirt! I built it!"
This is my sister Keli and her youngest Juila who i haven't seen since Christmas!? She has beautiful blue eyes and it looks like some strawberry in her blonde hair.
James, is Keli's oldest. He's 6. He was a little upset about not getting the color prize he wanted at the fishing pond game. I had been trying to get him on the camera all day so this was my chance.
My wonderful Grandpa Frank. Charlie LOVES him! Grandpa tickled and played with Charlie, he laughed and laughed. It was too cute!
My cute dad and his mother who he calls Gracie. She said she thinks its cute that he does.
I love this picture although grandma doesn't look too thrilled about it :) She said she doesn't like her picture taken, but i think she is beautiful, i couldn't resist.
This is my Uncle Dennis. My fathers sister Trisha's husband. He is holding his granddaughter. My cousin Ashley's baby girl. She has got hair to die for!
This is the first grand child in the family, Jason Wilcox. He is holding his nephew Jace, Keri's little boy just about the same age as Charlie.
This is the family. Joy, Neil, Trisha and Grandpa Frank and Grandma Grace. They sure do all have good senses of humor. I love watching them all interact, and i wonder what my siblings and i will be like when we are there age.
Here they are with spouses. I took a chance and called out, "Make a funny face!" and quickly snapped. But my parents were the only ones who responded, i am so proud of them!
Joy- Dave Trisha- Dennis Jill-Neil
I love this little 8 month old boy!
I love pregnant bellies. Linda is having a baby girl in September. Can't wait!!
An aerial shot of the party. It was in Joy and Dave's backyard. It was an absolute perfect morning with lots of room to play!
Audrie got to help drive the tractor. The tractor is pulling a wagon of kids. They had a great time.
As you can tell we had a wonderful Independence Day! I love my family!
